MEETING NOTICE
A meeting will take place at the Quality Inn (33 Benson St., Kingston) at 8:00pm Thursday July 27th, 2023. This is to grab team SWAG bags and ask any questions.
“A” Division has 7 teams. In order to have three games, “A” team Kingston will play a 4th game. This 4th game will not count for Kingston “A”
Rules and Regulations
- Time limit of 1 hour for round-robin play (No new inning will start after 50 minutes)
- Play-off round games will be 1 hour 15 minutes (No new inning will start after 1:05)
- Semi and Finals will be full 7 inning games
- 1 umpire for round robin and playoffs until semi and finals which will have 2 umpires for the games
- 3 courtesy runners can be used per game. It can be anyone on the roster, no limit of times that 1 runner can be used until courtesy runners are used up
- 5 home run limit per game
- 7 runs maximum per inning
- 100 points for win + runs scored in game
- 50 points for tie + runs scored in game
- 0 for loss + runs scored
- Clean count to start 0-0 not 1-1
- International rule for extra inning last out pervious inning to start at 2nd in top 8th inning
- No alcohol on fields or benches only in designated drinking area
- Bats will be observed by umpires using the thumb print
