UPDATE: April 8, 12:56:05 PM

The Electrical Contractors Association of Ontario (ECAO), has forwarded a heartfelt letter of thanks to the IBEW/CCO, recognizing the efforts of staff, business managers, reps, organizers and most of all, our members. The ECAO’s Executive Director, Graeme Aitken, forwarded the note to IBEW/CCO’s Executive Secretary Treasurer, James Barry earlier today.

In a time where most of the news we consume takes on a somber tone, it’s important to recognize the many positives that have emerged as a result of companies working together, finding common ground, and prioritizing the health and safety of our communities. The IBEW/CCO will continue to ensure the health and safety of our members, especially those who continue to work under the Essential Service Act.  We are grateful for our continued partnership with the ECAO as we navigate these difficult times together.

Thank you to all IBEW members, Business Managers, Organizers, Reps, and staff.  Your efforts and dedication have not gone unnoticed.
