IBEW CCO Executive Secretary Treasurer, James Barry has provided a document which outlines information on how to apply for EI benefits and new COVID-19 emergency benefit below. This includes information on the different scenarios employees may find themselves in with respect to quarantine, layoffs due to shortages of work and business closings, as well as those who are not eligible for EI, but wish to apply to the new COVID-19 emergency benefit.
